Deadlines
As our lamps are manufactured on demand, each order follows this process:
- Manufacturing: 2 to 4 weeks from order confirmation
- Shipping: 2 to 5 working days depending on destination
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped, with a tracking number.

A tracking link is sent to you by email upon shipment. In the event of a problem, contact us via the contact form.
Cancellation and refund
Our lamps are made to measure according to your choice of colors and format. They fall into the category of goods made according to the consumer's specifications (art. L221-28 of the Consumer Code), for which the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
Cancellation within 48 hours
If you wish to cancel your order within 48 hours following confirmation (before the start of manufacturing), we provide a full refund at 100 %.
To cancel, contact us immediately via the contact form specifying your order number.
Cancellation after 48 hours (manufacturing in progress)
Once manufacturing has started, it is no longer possible to stop the production process. In this case:
- Reimbursement of 70% of the total amount
- The 30% retained covers raw materials and manufacturing costs already incurred
- The refund is made by the same means of payment, within 14 days
Damaged or defective product
If you receive a product damaged during transport or with a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us within 30 days of receipt
- Attach photos of the product and packaging
- We organize replacement or full refund at our expense
Frequently asked questions
Can I modify my order after validation?
Modifications (colors, format) are possible within 48 hours of ordering, provided that manufacturing has not yet started. Contact us quickly.
Can my order be delivered outside of France?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in the world. Delivery is free for France and Europe (EU + UK). For orders outside the EU, a flat rate shipping cost of €9.99 applies.
