Article 1 — Identification of the seller

This site is published by the company LUMIS Atelier, a brand of artisanal sculptural lamps.

Article 2 — Scope of application

These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) apply to any order placed on the LUMIS Atelier site by a non-professional consumer. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

Article 3 — Products

LUMIS Atelier offers sculptural lamps handcrafted on demand, according to the specifications chosen by the customer when ordering (colors, format). Each lamp is produced individually after receipt and confirmation of the order.

The photographs and visuals of the products are presented for illustrative purposes. Slight color variations may exist between the screen and the actual product, inherent to the artisanal manufacturing process.

Article 4 — Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Delivery is free for mainland France and Europe (EU + UK). For international orders outside the EU, a flat rate fee of €9.99 applies. LUMIS Atelier reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applied is that in force at the time of validation of the order.

Article 5 — Order and pre-order

LUMIS Atelier products are available for pre-order. Payment is collected upon validation of the order, before the start of manufacturing. An order confirmation is sent by e-mail, specifying the estimated manufacturing time.

LUMIS Atelier reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (product not available, payment problem, abnormal order).

Article 6 — Manufacturing time and delivery

Each lamp being manufactured after order, the manufacturing time is 2 to 4 weeks from the order confirmation. Delivery then takes place within the carrier's usual deadlines.

These deadlines are indicative. In the event of a significant excess, the customer will be informed by e-mail.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal and cancellation

Important information: In accordance with article L221-28 3° of the Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. As LUMIS Atelier lamps are manufactured to order according to the color and format chosen by the customer, they fall within this exception.

Cancellation before start of manufacturing

If the customer wishes to cancel his order before the start of manufacturing (within 48 hours following order confirmation), LUMIS Atelier will provide a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation after launch manufacturing

Once manufacturing has started (after 48 hours of confirmation), LUMIS Atelier can no longer stop the production process. If canceled at this stage, a refund of 70% of the total amount will be made. The remaining 30% covers the raw material and manufacturing costs already incurred.

The reimbursement will be made by the same means of payment used when ordering, within 14 days.

Article 8 — Guarantees and defects

LUMIS Atelier guarantees its products against manufacturing defects (legal guarantee of conformity — art. L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code). In the event of a proven defect, the customer may request replacement or full refund by contacting customer service within 30 days of receipt.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, a fall or normal wear and tear.

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
